Job Summary

Aditi Infra & Construction is looking for a dedicated and proactive Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage day-to-day construction site activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential or commercial construction projects, ensuring that work is executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, coordination skills, and the ability to manage site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project managers.

- Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.

- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements.

- Monitor labor productivity and allocate resources effectively.

- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site safety practices.

- Conduct site measurements and verify quantities for billing and project tracking.

- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.

- Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of construction activities.





- Coordinate with procurement teams for timely availability of construction materials.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.

- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and construction plans.

- Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and structural activities.

- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.

- Good understanding of BOQ, quantity estimation, and site measurements.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Time management and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualification
- B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

- Experience in handling construction site activities independently will be preferred.
