About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT recruitment along with exposure to HR operations, payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while hiring top talent for emerging AI and technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and related technologies.

- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for candidates across various experience levels.

- Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and HR operations.

- Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration.





- Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable labor laws.

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation using HRIS and MS Office tools.

- Assist in day-to-day HR administrative activities and employee engagement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualification

- 1–2 years of experience in HR with a robust focus on IT recruitment.

- Experience hiring for technical roles such as AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Software Engineering.

- Good understanding of HR operations, payroll, and employee lifecycle management.

- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.

- Hands-on experience with HRIS and MS Office.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
