Role Summary

The AI Technical Lead will serve as the technical backbone of the AI CoE, responsible for designing scalable AI architectures, leading AI engineering teams, and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions — spanning GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Machine Learning, API integration, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and own enterprise AI solution architecture and engineering standards

- Lead GenAI/LLM solutions: copilots, AI assistants, document intelligence, multi-agent systems, and more

- Mentor and lead a team of GenAI/ML engineers and AI developers

- Guide ML model development (predictive, fraud, credit scoring, NLP, forecasting)

- Drive enterprise AI platform development, integrations, and cloud/Dev Ops practices

- Ensure secure, compliant,



and responsible AI practices

Experience

- 10–14 years overall software engineering experience

- 5+ years designing AI/ML solutions; 3+ years leading AI teams

- Hands-on with production-grade GenAI apps

- BFSI/Fin Tech experience preferred
