Job Title: Legal- Contract Management

Experience: 2 to 14 Years

Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, transaction documents, and legal agreements.

- Support Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;), corporate restructuring, strategic partnerships, and business transactions.

- Conduct legal due diligence and identify legal, commercial, and regulatory risks associated with transactions.

- Provide legal advisory and contract support to business, finance, investment, and other internal stakeholders.

- Coordinate with external law firms, consultants, and regulatory authorities for legal matters and transaction execution.

- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and internal governance policies.

- Manage legal documentation, contract repositories, templates, and knowledge management systems.

- Support intellectual property matters, including trademarks, brand protection, and related legal documentation.

- Resolve contractual issues, provide legal opinions, and support risk mitigation initiatives.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and closure of legal and commercial transactions.

Requisites

- LLB / LLM from a recognized institution.

- Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, Contract Management, and M&A; transactions.

- Experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements.

- Understanding of legal due diligence, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

- Knowledge of intellectual property rights, trademarks, and commercial legal matters.

- Solid legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to independently manage multiple legal matters and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of financial markets and statutory requirements is an advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point with excellent documentation skills.
