Job Description
Key Responsibilities

- Unified Dash boarding: Architect and implement single-pane-of-glass reporting using Grafana/Datadog, integrating data from Splunk, AWS Cloud Watch, Azure Monitor, Thousand Eyes, Imperva, and Ansible.

- Tools Assessment & Consolidation: Evaluate the current IT landscape, including Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic, App Dynamics, Zabbix, Service Now, SMART, Solar Winds, Prometheus, Glowroot, CAMS, etc., to drive consolidation and optimize the target state.

- Enterprise Discovery: Deploy and maintain Device42 for automated infrastructure discovery, application dependency mapping, and continuous CI synchronization with Service Now.

- Backend Automation: Implement ticket-based and non-ticket-based routine operational automations leveraging Ansible.

RequirementsMust have Skills:

- Expert-level knowledge in Monitring Rule setting up and configuring of Dynatrace, App Dynamics, New Relic, Zabbix, Data dogSolar Winds, Prometheus.

- Strong experience building Unified Dashboards using Grafana ,pulling telemetry from diverse sources including Log/SIEM (Splunk), and Infrastructure.

- Deep experience conducting Enterprise Tools Assessments and integrating alerts/metrics from legacy APM, network, and infrastructure monitoring tools

- Enterprise Monitoring & Observability Tools for Onprem & Cloud : (Datadog, New Relic, App Dynamics, Zabbix, Solar Winds Grafana), Log/SIEM (Splunk),

Good to Have Skills:

- Broad familiarity supporting and assessing monitoring and observability landscapes (e.g., Device42, SMART, Glowroot, CAMS, Thousand Eyes, Thanos, Ops Ramp, AWS Cloud Watch, Azure Monitor).

- Hands-on experience with backend automation and orchestration using Ansible, and configuring Major Incident Management (MIM) notifications via Pager Duty.

- ITIL V4 Foundation certification with good process knowledge in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

- Flexible to work in Off hour / Weekend shift.

Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. · 12+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FI Functional Consultant. · Solid experience with SAP Financial Accounting (FI). · Expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA/Fixed Assets). · Experience with SAP Controlling (CO), Funds Management (FM), Project Systems (PS), and Banking processes. · Experience in SAP configuration, production support, incident management, and issue resolution. · Hands-on experience with SAP Enhancement Pack upgrades and system enhancements. · Experience with SAP testing, UAT, and Quality Assurance processes. · Knowledge of SAP Service Marketplace, OSS Notes, and SAP support processes. · Strong understanding of SAP Finance business processes and cross-module integrations. · Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. · Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. · Experience working in Agile or enterprise SAP project environments. Nice to Have · Hands-on experience with SAP Treasury, including: o Cash Management o Debt Management o Investment Management · Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. · Knowledge of Budgeting & Forecasting and Banking processes. · Experience with Service Now. · Experience with HP Quality Center (ALM). · Experience with Panaya Test Management. · Experience with uPerform / RWD uPerform. · Experience with OnBase. · Knowledge of SAP Fiori for Finance. · Experience in business process optimization and SAP best practices. · Experience leading SAP Finance implementation or enhancement projects. · Strong knowledge of change management, release management, and end-user training. · Experience supporting large enterprise SAP Finance environments.
