We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, customer engagement, and collaboration with internal teams.

This role requires a strong understanding of business development principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of RFQ handling and customer lifecycle, business development and client acquisition strategies, sales pipeline management, and excellent negotiation and deal-closing ability.

The Business Development professional will be responsible for handling customer RFQs,



managing client communication, and maintaining strong professional relationships. They will also oversee program coordination and execution, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be a team player who can collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and track and report business development activities.
