We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Chemical Solutions Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing our Adhesive/Conformal Coating/Potting Material solutions to various industries, including Automotives, OEM's, EV & Battery Energy Storage systems, Electronics manufacturing services, and general industrial manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent commercial skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global environment. They will be responsible for establishing qualified relationships with key team members, partnering with stakeholders to ensure customer needs are addressed, and managing technical qualifications and specifications.

The Specialty Chemical Solutions Representative will work closely with our New Product Development, R&D;, Process Engineering, Procurement, Supply chain, Quality,



and other key personnel to ensure that our customers' needs are met. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong commercial skills and abilities, including sales, marketing, and business development.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the chemical industry, including the latest trends and technologies. They will be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
