The Launch Picker is a critical role within our warehouse operations, responsible for accurately picking products from the warehouse as per order requirements. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and adherence to safety standards.
As a Launch Picker, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely dispatch and maintaining inventory accuracy. You will be responsible for picking products from warehouse shelves according to order lists or handheld scanner instructions, verifying product quantity and quality before dispatch, and packing and labeling products for shipment.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting stock discrepancies, arranging products in designated storage locations, and following warehouse safety guidelines and company SOPs.
In addition, you will assist in loading and unloading goods when required and keep the warehouse clean and organized.
You will be expected to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
