1. Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC machine shop equipment.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults in CNC machines.
3. Ensure maximum machine uptime by resolving breakdowns efficiently.
4. Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance schedules.
5. Maintain and service VMC, HMC, Grinding, SPM, Broaching, Hobbing, and Shaping machines.
6. Analyze recurring machine issues and implement corrective actions.
7. Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
8. Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
9. Lead, guide, and support the maintenance team to achieve operational targets.
10. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
