We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst / Data Operator / MIS Executive to manage, analyse, and report operational and medical data. The ideal candidate will have experience handling large datasets, maintaining daily billing and medical records, preparing MIS reports and dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy to support business operations and decision-making.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting, validating, and analysing daily medical and operational data, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management, and developing and maintaining dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Excel.

You will also perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data integrity,



generate insights and trend analyses to support operational and business decisions, and monitor data quality and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
