We're India's largest home-grown comfort wear brand, revolutionizing men's elevated basics segment using consumer insights, cutting-edge fabrics, and contemporary designs. We're seeking a Reddit Marketing Specialist to create authentic conversations, engage relevant communities, and drive organic brand awareness while respecting Reddit's community guidelines.

This is a fully remote role where you'll be responsible for developing and executing a Reddit marketing strategy aligned with our brand and business goals. You'll identify relevant subreddits where our target audience is active, create authentic, community-first posts and comments that feel natural and add value, and build credibility by actively participating in relevant discussions.

You'll also identify genuine opportunities to introduce Our products without violating subreddit rules, monitor brand mentions and engage in relevant conversations, drive product discussions, customer feedback threads, educational content, and case studies, track traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions generated through Reddit, and share regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and growth opportunities.





We're looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience in Reddit Marketing, Community Management, Organic social media, or Digital Marketing. You should have a robust understanding of Reddit culture, subreddit rules, moderation, karma, and account credibility. You should also be able to build engagement without making content feel promotional.
