Store Operations

1. Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and compliance with company policies.
2. Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
3. Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, stock audits, and loss prevention.
4. Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.

Team Leadership

1. Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate store staff.
2. Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance and productivity.
