Key Responsibilities

1. Installation & Setup: Deliver, assemble, and configure machinery, software, or systems at customer facilities.
2. Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or software issues on-site and perform necessary repairs or component replacements.
3. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and calibration to prevent equipment failure and extend machinery lifespan.
4. Documentation: Log service calls, parts used, and test results into company databases and draft service reports.
5. Client Training: Train client staff on the proper operation, daily maintenance, and safety protocols of the current equipment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1–3 years in automobile service and maintenance.

• Preferred Experience: Electric Vehicle (EV) service experience.





• Alternative Experience: Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicle service.

• Education: ITI or Diploma in Automobile Engineering or relevant technical field.

Required Skills

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

• Familiarity with workshop tools and diagnostic equipment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.
