We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Operations Executive to manage backend operations, records, data processing and cross-functional support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining records and databases, verifying and processing data entries, and supporting operations, customer service, refunds and replacements.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal departments,



following SOPs and supporting process improvements, and preparing operational reports.

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with a passion for data management.

The selected candidate will be based in Gurgaon and will be required to work on-site.
