Responsibilities:

Experience in handling maintenance of automobile manufacturing plant preferably Body / Weld Shop .

1. Hands on Experience of carry out Maintenance of Body / Weld Shop Maintenance.

2. Valuable Knowledge of Body shop equipment maintenance such as Weld gun, Spot weld Gun, Conveyor, Robot, PLC, Drives, Panel Gear, Motors etc.

3.Maintenance & Trouble shooting of PLC & Robots (Preferred ABB Robot & Messung / Mitsubishi PLC)

4.Clear understanding on Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR and Uptime 5. Good learning ability

6. Preferred experience on Robot recovery and teaching

7. Electrical maintenance and fault finding of Body shop maintenance- Sensors, I/O, Cable, Communication.
