Katalysst is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing financial reports, and supporting business decision-making through accurate financial analysis.

This role requires strong accounting expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health and stability of our organization.

You will be responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. You will also prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.

Additionally, you will coordinate and support statutory, tax, and internal audits, perform vendor and customer account reconciliations, and maintain and improve internal financial controls, accounting policies, and procedures.

You will also support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, generate MIS reports,



and provide financial insights to management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, and at least 4-7 years of relevant accounting experience. Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or startup environments is preferred.
