We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural project coordination, with a minimum of 14 years of experience working in a well-known architectural firm or as a leading developer.

The successful candidate will have a wide knowledge and expertise to understand detailed drawings from concept to finishing stage, and will be able to coordinate with various consultants and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of design and working drawings.

The role requires a detailed understanding of implementation and problem-solving, as well as advanced knowledge of CAD software and building codes.

The Senior Architectural Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with architects, MEP consultants, green building consultants, Vastu consultants, landscape consultants, and interior designers for finalization of drawings and timely delivery of design and working drawings.





The successful candidate will also be responsible for making technical clarifications to resolve coordination issues and design modifications to suit on-site requirements, designing, implementing, executing, and completing projects efficiently in coordination with architects, structure consultants, and other consultants and site teams.

The Senior Architectural Project Coordinator will also be responsible for making concept and block layout and unit plans upon brief being given by management, and expertly understanding KMC building bye-laws and modifications thereto.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
