Arya Realty is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural planning, design coordination, and project execution for high-rise developments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working with reputed architectural firms or leading real estate developers and demonstrate expertise in architectural design, technical detailing, consultant coordination, and construction execution from concept through project completion.

The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural planning and design development from concept to construction completion, preparing and reviewing concept plans, block layouts, unit plans, and master planning, and ensuring seamless coordination between design teams and site execution teams.

The role requires a strong understanding of architectural design, technical detailing, consultant coordination, and construction execution,



as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

The Senior Architect will work closely with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, landscape consultants, interior designers, green building consultants, and Vastu consultants to ensure timely design delivery and compliance with applicable building regulations, statutory approvals, and local authority requirements.
