We are seeking an experienced Academic Counsellor to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be the first point of contact for learners at our reception desk.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional academic counselling services, guiding prospective learners towards the right learning path.

You will handle front-desk academic counselling and walk-in enquiries, guide prospective learners on programme details, eligibility and admission process, convert enquiries into enrollments through structured counselling, maintain enquiry records and follow up with prospective learners, and coordinate with the academic and admissions team for smooth onboarding.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of academic counselling processes and enrollment cycles, excellent communication, interpersonal and convincing skills,



and the ability to present themselves in a professional and well-organized manner.
