Key Responsibilities
1. Hardware Setup: Physically install, mount, and configure digital out-of-home (DOOH) screens and static frames in designated high-visibility areas like elevators and building lobbies. [1, 2, 3]
2. Network & Connectivity: Ensure all screens connect smoothly to the AdOnMo network, testing hardware, Wi-Fi/cellular modules, and power supplies.
3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine checks and resolve technical or physical faults with deployed screens and associated hardware. [1]
4. Site Surveys: Visit upcoming locations to evaluate installation viability (e.g., proximity to power outlets, structural stability, and network strength).
5. Asset Management: Safely handle, transport, and track physical inventory (screens, brackets, cables, and tools) for daily installations. [1]
6. Reporting & Compliance: Coordinate with site managers/Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs)
to ensure seamless installations and report daily progress to operations managers. [1]
Requirements
1. Education: ITI certification, Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or relevant technical background.
2. Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical hardware fitting, field installation, or cabling work.
3. Skills: Proficiency with basic hand and power tools, basic networking/troubleshooting skills, and physical stamina to work on-site.
4. Requirements: A valid driver's license, reliable two-wheeler transportation, and a smartphone.
5. Soft Skills: Solid communication and problem-solving skills to interact politely with property managers and building residents.
