Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing vehicles while ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Candidates with experience in Electric Vehicles (EV) are preferred, but those with Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) automobile service experience will also be considered.

As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and reliability of our vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of our service team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on electric vehicles.
2. Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
3. Conduct inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards.
4. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to analyze vehicle performance.
5. Execute repairs and component replacements efficiently and accurately.
6. Maintain proper documentation of service activities and repair work.
7. Ensure adherence to company processes, safety standards, and workshop guidelines.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to customers when required.
9.



Coordinate with spare parts and technical support teams for timely issue resolution.
10. Stay updated on the latest EV technologies, tools, and service procedures.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
1. Diploma/ITI/Bachelor’s degree in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
2. 1–5 years of experience in automobile servicing or vehicle maintenance.
3. Experience working on EVs is preferred; ICE vehicle servicing experience is also welcome.
4. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
5. Familiarity with automotive tools, service equipment, and repair processes.
6. Basic understanding of electrical and electronic systems in vehicles.
7. Good communication and customer-handling skills.
8. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
9. Willingness to work in shifts and travel if required.
10. A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and quality.
