We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Shared Services Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong U.S. accounting knowledge, CA-level accounting judgment, and advanced hands-on QuickBooks proficiency.
This is a functional and hands-on role, not a basic bookkeeping position. The selected candidate will actively support U.S. finance operations, work with clients and internal teams, manage reconciliations, support billing and collections, support payroll, prepare financial reports, and use QuickBooks as an analytics and reporting tool.
The role requires robust ownership, accuracy, client-facing communication, and the ability to convert accounting data into clear financial insights for management.
