Roles & Responsibilities

1. Ensure maximum uptime and operational health of all DOOH screens across Mumbai.
2. Lead and manage the city maintenance team, assigning daily tasks and monitoring productivity.
3. Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize screen downtime.
4. Monitor screen health through portals and dashboards and take proactive corrective actions.
5. Ensure all breakdowns and maintenance tickets are resolved within defined SLA timelines.
6. Coordinate with vendors, landlords, internet service providers, and OEM partners for issue resolution.
7. Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement of critical components.
8. Track and analyse recurring issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
9. Optimize maintenance costs while maintaining service quality and uptime targets.

Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, ticket closures, and asset movements.
11. Train, guide, and evaluate field executives and technicians on maintenance procedures and safety standards.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and operational processes.
13. Support recent screen installations, relocations, upgrades, and decommissioning activities.
14. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and screen reliability.
