Responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and maintaining LED/LCD TVs and related equipment in the warehouse. Ensure repaired units meet quality standards before dispatch while maintaining accurate inventory and repair records.

Key Responsibilities

TV Repair & Maintenance :-

1. Diagnose hardware and software issues in LED/LCD/Smart TVs.
2. Repair faulty TVs by replacing defective components such as panels, power boards, mainboards, T-Con boards, speakers, backlights, and cables.
3. Perform firmware updates and software troubleshooting.

Reporting

1. Prepare daily repair reports.
2. Track pending repairs and turnaround time.
3. Report spare parts requirements to the procurement team.
4. Support monthly stock audits.

Required Skills

1. Knowledge of LED/LCD/Smart TV repair.
2. Understanding of electronic components and PCB troubleshooting.
3. Ability to use multimeters and testing equipment.
4. Basic soldering and desoldering skills.
5. Familiarity with inventory management and ERP systems.
6. Positive documentation and reporting skills.
7. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
