The role involves visiting customers, collecting overdue payments, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring timely recovery while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

As a Collection Executive, you will be responsible for visiting customers in the field to collect overdue loan payments, following up with customers for pending EMIs and outstanding dues, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining accurate collection records.

You will also be required to coordinate with branch and operations teams for recovery activities, handle customer queries,



and ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
