We are seeking an experienced Agency Growth Manager to lead business growth in the West and South markets. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, media, creative services, and agency business models.

This is a unique opportunity to build relationships with marketing decision-makers, create qualified opportunities, and contribute to business growth. The role is not traditional sales or telecalling, and the candidate should be comfortable interacting with senior marketing stakeholders.

The Agency Growth Manager will be responsible for generating qualified meetings with marketing decision-makers, building relationships with brand marketers, digital heads, and marketing leaders, and prospecting new business opportunities through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outreach.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in digital agencies, media agencies, publisher sales, or the martech ecosystem. They should have a strong understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing ecosystems and be able to independently identify and pursue opportunities.

The Agency Growth Manager will work closely with the founders to convert opportunities into proposals and revenue. They will also attend industry events and represent the company.





The successful candidate will have a strong track record of building relationships with marketing professionals, and have existing relationships with marketing professionals in BFSI, Real Estate, Retail, Auto, Education, Healthcare, or Consumer Brands.

The Agency Growth Manager will be responsible for maintaining CRM, lead tracking, and opportunity reporting. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and presenter, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be comfortable interacting with senior marketing stakeholders and have a strong understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing ecosystems.
