Key Responsibilities

1. Order Pickup and Delivery: Safely pick up packages, confirm order details, and deliver them to customers within the scheduled timeframe.
2. Route Navigation: Use GPS tools to find the most efficient routes, avoiding traffic and minimizing delays.
3. Payment Handling: Accurately collect and record cash on delivery (COD) or verify digital transactions.
4. Customer Service: Address client queries or complaints professionally and obtain signatures or proof of delivery.
5. Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly maintain the delivery vehicle (bike, scooter, or van), ensuring it is fueled, clean, and road-safe. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent (usually 10th-12th pass).
2. Licenses:



A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
3. Vehicle: Reliable two-wheeler or four-wheeler, depending on the job requirements.
4. Smartphone: Access to a smartphone with a reliable internet connection for GPS navigation.
5. Physical Stamina: Ability to sit or stand for long hours, withstand various weather conditions, and lift moderate to heavy packages (up to 50 lbs)
