At our organization, our coaches are the product. A client's transformation depends almost entirely on the quality of coaching they receive. The Operational Excellence Executive sits at the centre of coaching quality, auditing coach work across multiple dimensions, identifying performance gaps, escalating issues, and owning coach scorecards.

This role requires strong fitness and nutrition knowledge, sharp analytical thinking, fluent English communication, and comfort working with Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboards daily.

The Operational Excellence Executive will conduct daily audits of coach-client connect logs to assess quality, frequency, depth, and follow-through. They will identify coaches with low connect rates, surface-level engagement, or missed touchpoints, and flag patterns of coaches who are consistently reactive vs. proactive, or whose connects are not driving client progress.

The Operational Excellence Executive will also audit coaching plans for personalisation, scientific accuracy, and alignment with client goals and history. They will assess nutrition guidance quality, including macro calculations, meal structure, caloric targets, and diet customisation, and flag plans that are templated, nutritionally incorrect, or mismatched to client profile.

Additionally,



the Operational Excellence Executive will track and audit coach response times across client queries, check-ins, and escalations, and identify coaches breaching TAT benchmarks and flag for review. They will maintain TAT compliance data by coach, team, and time period, and review client feedback, NPS scores, and qualitative comments tied to individual coaches.

The Operational Excellence Executive will work closely with the coaching team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address performance gaps. They will also provide coaching and feedback to coaches to help them improve their performance.

This is a full time remote position, and the successful candidate will be required to work independently with minimal supervision. They will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness and nutrition goals.
