Key Responsibilities

1. Order Pickup and Delivery: Safely pick up packages, confirm order details, and deliver them to customers within the scheduled timeframe.
2. Route Navigation: Use GPS tools to find the most productive routes, avoiding traffic and minimizing delays.
3. Payment Handling: Accurately collect and record cash on delivery (COD) or verify digital transactions.
4. Customer Service: Address client queries or complaints professionally and obtain signatures or proof of delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements
