As a Field Recruiter at Snabbit, you will play a critical role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for various roles. Your primary responsibility will be to find and approach potential workers in areas assigned by your manager, distribute promotional material across the assigned cluster, collect contact details from interested candidates, and make the case for joining Snabbit.

You will be working closely with the recruitment team to identify and engage with potential candidates, and will be responsible for maintaining a daily log of leads generated. Your ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with candidates, and handle objections will be essential in converting leads into successful hires.

We offer a competitive salary of ₹23,000-₹25,000 per month, plus a travel allowance of ₹3,000 per month. You will also be eligible for big weekly and monthly incentives based on targets, up to ₹70,000.

Interviews will be held in person at the training centre or another venue, which will be confirmed at the time of the interview. The timeline for joining is immediate.
