We are seeking an experienced Admission Counselor to drive enrolment for company's Online programs and products across various streams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in counseling/sales for the 6 to 10/JEE/NEET category, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and hands-on experience with CRM.

The Admission Counselor will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of company's Online Programs, digital product & features, and effectively communicating them to the audience. The role requires robust advocacy skills, sales cadence, lead generation, and feedback sharing with leadership.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales/counseling, preferably in JEE/NEET coaching, and a adaptable schedule.

The Admission Counselor will work closely with the centre teams, Samvaad, marketing, BD, in-charge etc. to ensure targets for enrolments are met and healthy pipeline is built and maintained.
