As a GRC Analyst at Scybers, you will play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide risk management, strengthening security governance frameworks, and ensuring regulatory and industry compliance across the organization. You will lead and manage enterprise-level cybersecurity risk assessments and risk management initiatives, drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of governance frameworks, policies, and control environments, and oversee and ensure alignment with global compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and NIST.

You will act as a key liaison for internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness and effective closure of observations, and provide strategic oversight on remediation programs, risk treatment plans, and compliance tracking. You will establish and manage third-party risk management processes, including vendor security assessments, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Technology, Legal, Business, and Security teams) to embed compliance and risk-aware culture.

You will monitor evolving regulatory landscapes and recommend proactive control enhancements, present risk insights, compliance posture, and governance updates to leadership through dashboards and reports, and support organization-wide security awareness and governance initiatives.





This role requires a strong foundation in information security, risk management, and compliance, along with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams to enhance the organization's overall security posture. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in a related field, such as risk management, compliance, or information security, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. You will have a robust understanding of risk management frameworks, compliance regulations, and information security best practices.

You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. You will be a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
