Position – Rider Support

Location – Gurgaon

Sector 20, Udyog Vihar Phase 2

Salary – ₹18,000 in hand + PF + ESIC

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling rider inquiries via call, email, and chat.

• Providing support and guidance to riders regarding services, processes, and issue resolution.

• Assisting riders with troubleshooting and operational concerns.

• Maintaining rider records, documenting interactions, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

• Following up with riders to ensure satisfactory resolution of their concerns.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate / Undergraduate (Preferred)

• 0–2 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, rider support, or related roles.

Note:

• Laptop is mandatory.

Working Schedule:

• Tuesday & Friday – Work From Office

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday – Work From Home

• Sunday – Weekly Off
