As a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee and manage day-to-day operations for multiple clients at the warehouse. The role requires expertise in warehousing processes, including inventory management, inward and outward operations, cycle counts, audits, vendor coordination, and client relationship management.
You will be responsible for supervising inward, outward, and inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will also implement and monitor daily cycle counts and monthly stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy. Additionally, you will oversee loading/unloading operations and ensure goods are placed in designated storage areas.
The Warehouse Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, addressing their operational needs and queries. You will maintain high service standards, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
You will also manage and track inventory levels, reconciling discrepancies during audits. Furthermore, you will prepare and present MIS reports detailing warehouse performance, inventory status, and client-specific KPIs.
The Warehouse Supervisor will coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth operations, ensuring timely delivery and service compliance. You will evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements as necessary. You will also ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and warehouse best practices. Conducting periodic checks to maintain hygiene and compliance across operations is also a key responsibility.
