As a Collection Officer at indiagold, you will play a critical role in managing and executing our portfolio collection activities in Chennai. This position entails field visits, structured communication, and customer dispute resolution to manage delinquencies, ensure timely collections, and minimize non-performing assets (NPAs).

You will be responsible for conducting door-to-door field collection visits within the assigned territory in Chennai to recover overdue accounts. You will also be responsible for monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets, ensuring effective bucket management and minimal roll-forwards. Additionally, you will verify KYC documents and maintain rigorous,
