We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing financial reports, and supporting business decision-making through accurate financial analysis.

This role requires strong accounting expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce setting. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health and stability of our organization.

You will be responsible for managing a team of accountants, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, and at least 4-7 years of relevant accounting experience. Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or startup environments is preferred.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting activities,



including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations. You will also be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.

The Senior Accountant will also be responsible for coordinating and supporting statutory, tax, and internal audits, performing vendor and customer account reconciliations, and maintaining and improving internal financial controls, accounting policies, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
