We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Technician to join our Service & After-Sales team in Rajasthan. As a Senior Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Ola Electric scooters with technical accuracy.

You will also guide junior technicians, ensure service quality, and deliver an excellent customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge EV technology and be part of a dynamic environment shaping the future of mobility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EV technology and automotive diagnostics, with experience in electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic tools. You will also have the ability to read wiring diagrams and manuals, and possess strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.

As a Senior Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Ola Electric scooters. You will also conduct routine maintenance, part replacements, and field repairs, and handle complex issues related to battery, motor, controller, wiring harness, sensors, and vehicle software.





You will mentor junior technicians and ensure service quality, provide technical support to customers for timely issue resolution, and maintain service documentation and reports. You will also coordinate with central technical teams for escalated issues and updates, and ensure safety compliance and proper workshop processes.

Assist in inspections, pre-delivery checks, and service camps, and provide leadership to junior staff. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of EV technology and automotive diagnostics, with experience in electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic tools.
