We are seeking a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff with administrative tasks, handling office supplies, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

As an Office Boy, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors, handling photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents, and assisting in moving and arranging office furniture and supplies when required.

You will also be responsible for purchasing office supplies and maintaining stock records, delivering and collecting documents, parcels, and other items as required, and supporting administrative staff with day-to-day office activities. Additionally,



you will be responsible for opening and closing the office as per company guidelines and ensuring pantry and office areas are clean and organized.
