ABOUT THE ROLE - It is looking for an Agency Growth Manager responsible for opening new business opportunities across Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai and other strategic markets. The role is not traditional sales or telecalling. The primary objective is to build relationships with marketing decision-makers, create qualified opportunities, enable founder-led sales discussions and contribute towards business growth. The candidate should understand digital marketing, performance marketing, media, creative services and agency business models.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Generate qualified meetings with marketing decision-makers.
• Build relationships with brand marketers, digital heads and marketing leaders.
• Prospect current business opportunities through LinkedIn, networking, referrals and outreach.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
• Support founders in converting opportunities into proposals and revenue.
• Attend industry events and represent

lead tracking and opportunity reporting.
Mandatory • 5-8 years experience. • Experience in digital agencies, media agencies, publisher sales or martech ecosystem. • Understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing ecosystem. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Comfortable interacting with senior marketing stakeholders. • Ability to independently identify and pursue opportunities. Preferred • Existing relationships with marketing professionals. • Exposure to BFSI, Real Estate, Retail, Auto, Education, Healthcare or Consumer Brands. • Experience handling agency clients or revenue responsibilities.
