Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Network Lead to manage enterprise network operations within the Global Command Center (GCC). The ideal candidate should possess deep hands-on expertise in network infrastructure, routing, switching, firewalls, firmware upgrades, OS patching, security compliance, incident management, and operational governance across multi-customer environments.
The candidate will be responsible for leading network operations, handling critical incidents and escalations, driving infrastructure stability, ensuring security compliance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of network changes and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage Network Operations within the Global Command Center environment.
2. Monitor and support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple customer environments.
3. Handle critical incidents, major outages, escalations, and ensure timely resolution within SLA timelines.
4. Perform advanced troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wireless, Internet, and Data Center network issues.
5. Perform firmware upgrades, OS patching, and lifecycle management for routers, switches, firewalls, and network security devices.
6. Manage configuration updates, backups, validation, and standardization across network infrastructure.
7. Conduct pre-upgrade and post-upgrade validation activities to ensure network stability and minimal downtime.
8. Perform L3 triage and troubleshooting for network-related incidents, patch failures, vulnerability findings, and performance issues.
9. Ensure security compliance by addressing vulnerabilities and implementing remediation recommendations.

Manage and support network security technologies including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, and NAC solutions.
11. Participate in Change Management activities including risk assessment, and implementation planning.
12. Maintain proper documentation including SOPs, network diagrams, escalation matrices, and operational procedures.
13. Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, Server, Cloud, and Application teams for successful execution of planned activities.
14. Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Problem Management activities for recurring incidents.
15. Mentor and guide L1/L2 engineers and conduct internal technical knowledge transfer sessions.
16. Prepare operational reports, dashboards, service review reports, and customer updates.
17. Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, security standards, and customer governance requirements.
18. Support DC/DR operations, business continuity activities, and critical maintenance windows.
19. Participate in on-call support and weekend maintenance activities whenever required.

Educational Qualification
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
