We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Ticketing Operations to join our team. As a key member of our travel consulting department, you will be responsible for handling group booking requests from B2B partners, providing best fare quotes, negotiating group rates with airlines, and managing end-to-end group travel itineraries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of GDS systems and airline procedures, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle multiple group requests and tight deadlines.

You will work closely with our airline partners and B2B clients to ensure seamless travel experiences for our customers. Your attention to detail and customer service orientation will be essential in maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
