We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee facility operations, maintenance, safety, vendor management, and compliance while ensuring efficient and cost effective building management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage facility operations, maintenance, and utilities.
2. Plan and monitor preventive maintenance.
3. Supervise housekeeping, security, and vendor services.
4. Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations.
5. Manage budgets, AMCs, and procurement.
6. Coordinate repairs, audits, and emergency response.
7. Maintain records and prepare MIS reports.
8. Payment follow ups.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. 5+ years of facility management experience.
3. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building systems.
4. Solid leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office; CMMS/CAFM experience is a plus.
