We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Technician to join our Service & After-Sales team at Ola Electric. As a Senior Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Ola Electric scooters with technical accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EV technology and automotive diagnostics, with experience in electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic tools. You will be able to read wiring diagrams and manuals, and possess strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.

As a Senior Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Ola Electric scooters. You will conduct routine maintenance, part replacements, and field repairs, and handle complex issues related to battery, motor, controller,



wiring harness, sensors, and vehicle software.

You will mentor junior technicians and ensure service quality, provide technical support to customers for timely issue resolution, and maintain service documentation and reports. You will also coordinate with central technical teams for escalated issues and updates, and ensure safety compliance and proper workshop processes.
