Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Maintenance Work:

• Perform routine service and preventive maintenance of electric vehicles 2W.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in batteries, motors, wiring harnesses, and control systems.

• Repair or replace faulty electrical and mechanical components.

• Test vehicle functions post-repair to ensure full operability.

Safety & Quality:

• Follow all safety protocols while handling high-voltage systems and battery packs.

• Use secure tools during repairs.

• Ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy after every service.

Customer Interaction:

• Provide basic usage and safety instructions to vehicle users if needed.

• Explain faults, repairs done, and preventive measures clearly to customers.

• Support in field breakdowns and roadside assistance, when required.

Tools & Inventory Management:

• Maintain tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices in good condition.
