As an HR Generalist at Atlas Engineering, you will have the opportunity to work across the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to employee engagement and performance management.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. You will also handle offer management and facilitate smooth onboarding for new joiners.

Additionally, you will drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and act as a point of contact to handle employee concerns and maintain healthy workplace relations.

You will maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management systems, as well as manage comprehensive HR documentation and timely MIS reporting.

Furthermore,



you will support the execution of appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes, and assist in developing employee growth plans and conducting performance reviews.
