We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our retail operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.

The Retail Accountant will be responsible for managing customer creation, including checking GST using portal & ERP tab shipping address if any. They will also create sales orders, checking quotation/PO for rates & quantity and confirming with sales person.

The Retail Accountant will reserve stock to ensure direct ICT delivery to the warehouse and dispatch material on or before the expiry of the e-way bill, or if necessary, extend the e-way bill through the accountant.





They will maintain stock separately in coordination with the retail accountant and create ICT from retail w/h with e-way bill to transfer material at store & w/h in charge.

The Retail Accountant will make accounting entries, including main/petty cash, bank, BRS, branch reco, and expenses. They will also prepare MIS reports as per requirement and process delivery, including giving bill & e-way from retail warehouse to customer.

The Retail Accountant will process returns from customers, including approval from HOD, and maintain stock reconciliation, including books v/s physical reco on monthly basis.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
