We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Gurugram warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations, managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and providing exceptional customer service.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. You will be responsible for supervising inward/outward activities, loading/unloading, and stock placement, ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, and conducting daily cycle counts and monthly inventory audits.

You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving stock discrepancies, coordinating last-mile deliveries and transportation activities, optimising delivery routes and managing logistics partners, and acting as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients and vendors.

Maintaining MIS reports and operational records, and working efficiently on WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) are also key responsibilities of this role.





We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of success in warehouse management and a passion for delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in multi-client warehouse operations and will be proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and MS Excel. Strong communication and negotiation skills are also essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of INR 321,000 - 324,000 per month, plus PF. Immediate joiners are preferred, and the selected candidate will be required to commute to the Gurugram facility.
