Role Responsibilities

 Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and allied MEP services for commercial interior projects

 Analyze tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs to derive accurate costing inputs

 Perform quantity take-offs from layouts and technical drawings

 Support HVAC load-based costing and equipment estimation activities

 Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and subcontractors for quotations and technical inputs

 Compare vendor proposals on technical and commercial parameters

 Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives

 Prepare detailed BOQs, rate analysis, and costing summaries

 Work closely with the Costing Manager for commercial submissions and bid evaluations





 Coordinate with design, projects, procurement, and business teams during bid preparation

 Track market pricing trends for MEP materials and equipment

 Ensure estimates are aligned with project specifications and industry standards

 Support preparation of project budgets and cost comparisons

 Maintain costing databases and standardized templates for recurring project requirements

 Support technical-commercial clarification processes with internal and external stakeholders
