As a Service Engineer at Essae, you will be responsible for managing and addressing customer complaints, overseeing new machine installations, conducting warranty machine maintenance, attending to machine breakdown calls, promoting and selling Annual Service Contracts, and providing technical support during the pre-sales process.

The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

You will be required to travel within the assigned territory to manage and address customer complaints, and to oversee new machine installations.
