As a Warehouse Supervisor at Life Care Logistic Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facilities. This includes supervising warehouse staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring employee performance and attendance. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory levels, and conducting stock audits to prevent stock shortages and excess inventory.
You will oversee the receipt, checking, and storage of incoming goods, ensuring timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders. You will also verify shipment accuracy and documentation, and ensure proper storage and handling of products. Additionally, you will maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, and optimize warehouse space utilization.
The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 3 years of experience in a 3PL logistics environment, with knowledge of dispatch, loading, and unloading operations.
